Return & Refunds Policy
Guidelines regarding cancellations, revisions, and refunds for creative and digital services.
Thank you for choosing my writing and communication services.
Because many of the services and products offered through this website involve customised creative work and digital content, the following refund policy applies.
Writing, Editorial, Branding and Consulting Services
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable transaction fees.
If work has already begun, refunds will be assessed based on the proportion of work completed.
Revisions
Where included within the agreed scope of work, revisions will be provided according to the project agreement. Requests falling outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated, digital downloads, templates, guides, ebooks, or similar digital products are non-refundable once purchased due to the nature of digital delivery.
Newsletter Memberships
Where paid newsletter subscriptions are offered, cancellation terms will follow the subscription platform's policies. Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous billing periods.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from duplicate payments, technical issues, or billing errors will be reviewed individually.
